Failed to load the report

Hello

A client is trying to run an unpaid invoices report, they keep getting "Failed to load the report" message.

This also happens with the Receivables reconciliation with tax report.

Internet is connected and checked. I have also tried to run these reports with the same error.

I would like to be able to log a tech support online rather than in this format (like the way Xero handles technical issues).

  • Hi DSB,

     

    I see that you need help with your client's running a report and that they have received a "failed to load report." No worries! There are a number of places you can check for assistance. You can raise a support ticket via My Account. You can also chat with our support team live. Head on over to http://myob.com/contactus and click the purple speech bubble (lower right-hand corner) to open MOCA. From there, type in "get help from a support agent," and this will give you a link to open a live chat.
