Receivables reconciliation with tax Not working

Hi, trying to run this report, and my accountant also trying to run this report, but it does not work?

Can you advise further?

    Hi EDACI,

    There can be several reasons why the reports are failing. To help identify the root cause, I recommend going through the following steps:
     

    1. Clearing your browser's cache.
    2. Running the report with a shorter date range.
    3. Exporting all your accounts and then importing them into the file.
    4. Checking if this issue is specific to sales reports or if it affects other reports as well.
