Hi CraigAK,
If your report function isn't working while everything else is running fine, there are a few things you can try to get it working again.
First, if you're using MYOB Business in a web browser, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser's cache, as that can help resolve loading issue. Just in case you're using AccountRight, you can clear your AccountRight's cache by following the steps here. It's also worth trying a different browser or device to see if the browsers may not display the reports correctly.
If you're part of a team, double-check that your user access allows you to view reports. Restrictions on permission might be preventing you from accessing them. Manage users has detailed instructions to assist you with this. Logging out of your account and then logging back in can also refresh your session and fix any temporary glitches.
If none of these steps work. it's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can look closely to your account and help you fix the problem.
