Report Pack stuck on loading [aka spinning wheel]
Hi Community
I'm trying to generate 2025FY Payroll Report Packs for six (6) different entities. Five (5) of them have generated fine, but one of them is stuck on the loading stage, i.e. spinning wheel. Any ideas?

That sounds like a pain. Especially when it works for the majority of your files.
I've had this problem in the past. If you're like me and utilise the PDF style templates and have nice logos for your reports, then the issue could lie there. Could you review the format of the logos? That is, JPG, PNG, etc.
The reason I ask is, although JPG's work fine with MYOB's generic reports, the system struggles with JPG's when trying to generate Report Packs for some reason. This is a back end issue and unfortunately is in the too hard basket to fix.
If it is a JPG, could you reformat the logo to PNG and upload that instead. I think it might solve your issue. If it does, could you kindly click this message as solved.
