STP accepted with error

Hi team,

 

I got a STP reporting accepted with error only for one employee in the pay run, other employees' STP have been updated correctly in ATO. (checked in MYGOV individually)

 

  • A field contains invalid data (such as letters in numeric or date field).
    (ATO error code: CMN.ATO.GEN.XML03)

In that case how can I fix the error for the employee? - I guess the error from the employee's address having comma in it and it has been modified now)

    Hi MHHHH,

     

    Thank you for your post.

     

    If you have identified the field that contains invalid data and have since corrected it in the file (as you've stated), the next pay run you do will update STP records automatically, nothing further you will need to do. 

     

    Although, if the next pay run is also 'Accepted with errors', there may be another field in the employee card file that has invalid data, so you will need to look through your employee's details again if this does occur.
