BPay reference error

Hi,

 

I have a client that is trying to pay an invoice via BPay. They are letting me know that the reference number is not being accepted. I have re-issued the invoice, which contains a different reference number, and this also doesn't work. 

Is there any way to resolve this?

    Thanks for your post. Each time the customer opens the invoice in the browser, it will generate a new reference number. 

     

    Make sure you have your details set up as outlined in the following: Online invoice payments.

     

    If they are still having issues, I would recommend contacting the bank for more information.
