Can't see purchase order list

I have always been able to see the purchase orders list after creating one

and for some reason today it comes up with 

You don't have permission to access this page

If you need to access this page please contact your administrator

 

I have gone in as the administrator to check the purchase order box is ticked which it is

Can some please let me know why this has changed overnight without anyone touching it.

        As you've already checked the permissions as an administrator and confirmed the relevant box is ticked, this may require further investigation to identify the cause.
