Can't see purchase order list

I have always been able to see the purchase orders list after creating one

and for some reason today it comes up with 

You don't have permission to access this page

If you need to access this page please contact your administrator

 

I have gone in as the administrator to check the purchase order box is ticked which it is

Can some please let me know why this has changed overnight without anyone touching it.

    • All these solutions dont work. It would appear to be a bug in MYOB. We have had this issue for weeks, and even MYOB cant help. We even created a new user, and without Admin rights, you cant see Purchase Orders

        I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with the purchase orders page. It's unusual for something that previously worked to change unexpectedly.

         

        As you've already checked the permissions as an administrator and confirmed the relevant box is ticked, this may require further investigation to identify the cause. It's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can further look into your account and resolve this.

    One of our staff is now having the same issue... will contact tech support.

      I also had this issue, but it required MYOB tech support - but they did sort it out in about a day.

  • Not yet Cindy. MYOB keeps insisting we have changed the settings but upon review from them (3 times) have concluded the settings are correct but the functionality had broken. Radio silence for a week now. And the hide to incerase our subscription costs during that period!

    I agree with roblyons above. 

    We tried clearing caches, changing browsers, adding and removing and adding permissions, and creating a new user... nothing worked until MYOB did their thing.  If anyone else has tried and failed to fix this then contact tech support, it's not a user error.

  • We are having this issue too.  I called MYOB support, they said the Development team know about it and are working on it, gave me case number 02242811

    I am amazed the dev team are taking over 3 months to fix such an integral part of the system that seems like it would be at most a 1 day fix.  Possibly 15 mins.  Really not good enough, but what can we do other than complian and wait.

     

    I wish it were possible to unmark the "solution."  Welcoming people to the forum and telling them to clear their browser cache is not a solution. Has this worked for anyone?

  • Has anyone had this issue solved? it has been this way for us for months now, it is so frustrating. we are the same as all above, have done everything support has suggested and still nothing. it is definitely a MYOB end issue. if anyone has had the issue solved yet please share how. thankyou 

    • Shan21 it seems to have resolved itself with the latest update. I don't get the error now after updating. Can see the Purchase order list and Bills list.

      Nothing worked but it was resolved in a day once we contacted tech support (I didn't call because of the wait times, just submitted online)
