Still hasn't worked and have checked using another device
Hi Cindy198,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with the purchase orders page. It's unusual for something that previously worked to change unexpectedly.
As you've already checked the permissions as an administrator and confirmed the relevant box is ticked, this may require further investigation to identify the cause. It's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can further look into your account and resolve this.

Sai
We have the same problem and MYOB technical staff (when I could finally get through) have not been able to remedy.
The issue seemed to arise a week or so ago and now affects three staff with permissions to edit and create Sales and Purchases. They can create a purchase order but then can not not see purchase orders or convert them to bills. We have tried
The problem persists. When we provide administration access the problem seems to remedy but this is not a long term fix as we can't give payroll access to all staff.
Any clues?
Andrew

All these solutions dont work. It would appear to be a bug in MYOB. We have had this issue for weeks, and even MYOB cant help. We even created a new user, and without Admin rights, you cant see Purchase Orders
Hi roblyons,
If none of the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this thread have been successful, it might be a good idea to contact the support team for further assistance. You can do this by creating a support ticket through the MyAccount window or by using the live chat option available through MOCA.
Thanks,
