Change name on invoice

We have moved from account right to MYOB Business and Currently the company name not trading name is appearing on invoices and i am having trouble changing it  is there a step I am missing ?

    Hi there JenCas,

     

    To make sure you're not missing any steps and have your trading name appear on invoices, simply tick the trading name option in the Edit template window for invoices. You can check this link for detailed steps.
