Coverting Purchase Order to BILL request has timed ouot

Message always appears whenever I try to convert an order to bill "The request has timed out. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us. Request ID:******". How to successfully convert order to bill?

    Thank you for your post, and welcome to the community forum!

     

    We regret to hear that you are encountering an error when trying to convert a purchase order to a bill. In this matter, I would suggest troubleshooting first. Please clear your AccountRight cache, as this will fix some odd behavior. Then try converting the order to a bill. 

     

    If this will not work, then please refer to this AccountRight Timeout Extender helpful link. The Timeout Extender is simply entering a value into AccountRight's Configuration File and is only to be used if you are experiencing timeout-based errors such as "Application Operation Timeout" or if it's at the request of MYOB Support.

     

    I highly recommend you ask for assistance from an IT specialist if you are not familiar with modifying these types of files, as this involves modifying key configuration files for the software on your computer.
