Customer telling us MYOB has blacklisted their email address
I have been sending invoices to the same customer email address for quite a while and suddenly started getting a bounce back. I phone the customer who said 'ah yes, you must be using MYOB are you?' Other clients of theirs have had the same issue and the client said MYOB has blacklisted their email address. I don't know if anyone else is already purusing it, but I am. Where to from here?
