"Email me a copy" Not working

Hi Guys,

 

Just recently Myob has stopped sending emailed invoice to my email, It sends to the customer but comes up with delivery failed on my email. Only started happening about a week ago. Anyone else having this issue or know of a workaround?

 

I like to keep the copies in my email for easy reference.

  • About 30 minutes after I posted this it was fixed so I think Myob may have done something in the background.

      Hi there Byron333,

       

      I understand that it must be frustrating when the "Email me a copy" option is not working. Upon replicating the issue on my end, it seems to be working fine. With that, I recommend trying a different browser when sending invoices and using the feature "Email me a copy." Sometimes, browser-specific issues can cause such problems. If the issue persists, clearing your browser's cookies and cache might also help.

      Sorry, I could be a mile off here, but when this happened to me, I found that I had to set the email to the same one that I used to sign in. Example: I was using invoice@me.here.com. For my copy and that stopped working, but I changed it back to contact@me.here.com ( my main login) and it hasn’t missed a beat. Not how I wanted it to work, but it’s a workaround.

    • As soon as i put this complaint up, It seemed to resolve itself, MYOB possibly changing something in the background. Was really annoying at the time.
