Thanks for your post, Could you please try clearing all the data from the templates and starting afresh? Additionally, if GST isn't appearing, it might be due to selecting the "Tax exclusive" option when creating the invoice or choosing "N-T" in the tax code (refer to the attached image). I also recommend clearing your browser's cache and history to resolve any browser-related issues or trying to log in from a different browser.Please do let me know how you go on this.
