Hi BearsTreasurer,
When previewing an invoice, you have the option to choose which template to use. If you're using the same template for both the PDF and the preview but notice a difference in formatting, it might be best to reach out to the support team for further troubleshooting. You can contact them by creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window or through live chat via MOCA.
Regards,
GenreveI had a long chat with MOCA and discovered the issue is that my Club is not registered for GST. The MYOB program changes the Invoice template if the Entity does not collect GST. The Non GST template is not shown when customising the template, it shows the GST template, which makes it confusing.
I suggest that there is no need for a Non GST template. If the Entity is not collecting GST, all prices and amounts are "excluding Tax" and the tax is $0.00, so the final "including Tax" will equal the "excluding Tax" amount.
The Non GST template has Prices and amounts as "including Tax" and then has tax = $0.00. Stating that it is "including Tax" makes it look like Tax has been charged, even though it does state the Tax = $0.00.
I suggest the software should be updated so that the either template, GST or Non GST can be selected when customising the invoice template.
