Invoicing - removing the Discount column

Our client would like to be able to remove the discount column from her invoices.  It automatically pops up when she adds a blank line in the invoice - which is required to separate different jobs for the same client. 

 

She is fed up with clients asking for a discount, because that column is there!!!!!

    Thanks for your post and welcome here to the Community Forum. We are sorry to hear about the challenges your client is encountering, and we appreciate your understanding. 
     
    Regarding your concern, in MYOB Essentials, we do not have an option to remove the discount column from the invoices.  
    However, we have a solution that may work for you. You may create a new item and then you may set up the price there. Our Help Article Customer Payments has more information and instructions to assist you with this.
