Missing invoices

Hi there.  I am having trouble with my invoices going missing with the MYOB essentials upgrade done last year.  It seems to be I can't go back to look at paid invoices or find them after a payment is attached to them.  I need MYOB to be aware of this issue as this is not a great way to run business not being able to retrieve invoices or even find them in the first place.

    I understand you're trying to locate invoices that have already been paid. Unfortunately, the details you've provided so far don't fully explain why the invoices aren't visible. To assist you further, could you let me know which screen you're using to find the paid invoices? Any additional screenshots or information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
