MYOB Business doesn't send invoices (again)

Hello,

 

As tittle says, today MYOB decided not to send invoice to my client. I tried to send quote, just for testing purpose and no problem with sending quotes, just sending invoices are problem.

 

I had that problem before and I thought it won't happen again. Obviously, I'm a bit naive.

    Same here but it is now working again 11.46pm

    Yeah, it does. The client received the same invoice 6 times! So unprofessional

        I haven't used the SMS functionality, and I don't think I'll ever use it. That would be even more unprofessional, to send multiple thousand dollars invoice via SMS message. I was talking about emails with the invoice not being delivered. However, emails with the quotes weren't have any issues.

    Same i dont use it either just every now and then it wont send emails even though it says it has and i find gmail accounts the worst so i send a copy to myself and then forward it on just to make sure they get the invoices

      We're sorry for the trouble you're experiencing with emailing invoices. There isn't a widespread issue with sending invoices at the moment. However, since you are experiencing this problem, you will need to reach out to our support team so they can collect information from all affected users and investigate the underlying issue.
