My son is also having the same issue - randomly sending invoices with a diagonal line like yours, although his logo is on the other side, so the line is showing right to left.
Can someone at MYOB please advise why this is happening! - alot of time already wasted trying to get it sorted.

I've been having this issue since august and still happening randomly at least once a week. The other day it happened 4 invoices in a row. Embarrassing, having to contact the client apologizing for sending a bunch of useless emails.
I have tried multiple browsers, re sized my logo multiple times and nothing seems to fix.
Tried to speak to the help line but no help there.
Please tell me you have a solution as its coming up to 6 months of issuses.
Hi - I've just spoken to MYOB help and they advised that reducing logo to 80% is the current fix!
Their posts advise logo reduction would help, but not specified 80% - so hopefully now we know, it may solve the mystery of the red line!
