Thank you for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum!
To help us understand the issue better, could you please share a screenshot of the Journal security report found in Reporting >> Reports >> Journal Security Audit? Please filter the session dates to the day the issue occurred and the transaction dates to match the dates of the sales you were entering. Additionally, could you provide screenshots of the Enter Sale transactions and the recurring transaction settings for those sales?
Another aspect to check is whether these transactions are set up as recurring transactions that are being recorded automatically.
