Unable to print receipts

Hi,

Have recently transferred to the Business version after using AccountRight for many years, and having trouble finding an option to print receipts under both Sales and Banking centres.  Any tips or ideas as to why this is?

  • Hmm, sorry, that's not helping me.

    This is a screenshot of my receipt.  Where should the print option be?

    Hi WHE-271,

     

    At this time, we don't have an option to print this transaction receipt directly from the system. However, we highly value your feedback and suggestions. I encourage you to submit this idea to our Ideas Board, where our development team regularly reviews customer input to help prioritize new features and improvements.
