Error -4053: If you have no items on hand, the value of your inventory must be zero.

Question

I'm trying to adjust the quantity of one item to 0, but it doesn't work at all. I've tried import, negative purchase and inventory adjustment.

Seems it's because the value of the item is $12, and it is unchangeable.

Hi Earl, serial number is ***0684; file ID is 15.
