Inventory On Hand Discrepancy

Question

Hi,&nbsp;Some of the item inventory on hand under Item Register are wrong but the Items Register Detail report show the correct quantity on hand.Example, 1 of item 99X4TASGV purchased through order 1632 and the on Hand become 2, where should only be 1.&nbsp;Item BOKLMP96D also has the same issue.Screenshot attached for your reference.&nbsp;How can it be fixed? How to check how many items are actually affected?&nbsp;Please assist.Thanks.Gloria&nbsp;&nbsp;
