There are some things that you are able to do to increase the speed and performance of your software. I suggest clearing the AccountRight cache to begin with. Please close AccountRight and do the following:
- Hold down the <Windows Key> and press the letter <R>
- In the box that appears, type in: %localappdata%
- Press <Enter>
Once you've done that, go to MYOB > AccountRight > 20XX.X OR Current (Depends on the version you're using) > Cache, and delete the contents of this folder.
I have also attached a Help Article on speed and performance to go through to see if any of this helps improve the issue.Please let me know how this goes.
