B-Pay Fees - Account Right Plus

Wanting to know the surcharge when customers choose the bpay function using a credit card - is it 1.8%.  is this a fee charged from your bank? has anyone experienced this?

    It's 25 cents plus 1.8%AND you can't pass them on to the client! I've asked for a button to turn them OFF.
