Capture app - images not showing

Hello,

 

I have recently started using the capture app for our paper receipts that come in.

 

I use MYOB accountright desktop version on a Mac with parallels.

 

I capture the image and send it to the in tray no worries but when I go to enter the new purchase the screen opens blank so I can't get any details from it.

 

Is there something I can do to stop this from happening?

    Hi KF2,

     

    If it might be an issue with how the computer reads the data, try clearing your AccountRight cache and your computer's cache folder, as this could be causing the issue. If the problem persists after trying those steps, I recommend reaching out to the support team. You can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA.
