Card File Attachments Greyed Out

Hi MYOB Community.

 

I have a user that has read only access. He was able to to view the attachments on a customer card file, but a month or so ago is no longer able to. I made a couple of adjustments to his access, but to no avail. Does anyone have a solution for me?
