Customize fonts - why do they change when emailed and look messy

Question

Using AccountRight online and emailing invoices to customers.

They are being received but look childlike as the creative font used to customize the invoice (service) disappears and it defaults to ariel (boring).

Also when i select all fields in the customize window the font and size become greyed out and it would appear that each field needs to be changed individually (surely not).

Anyone have any ideas please

When it comes to editing the forms you are only able to change the text boxes one at a time.&nbsp;I have attached a Help Article on personalising an invoice.
&nbsp;
When emailing the invoice, can you make sure that you are selecting the saved personalised as if you are selecting the default it won't have the changes made.&nbsp;Please let me know how you go.
