My apologies for the late response. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with the PO number not showing on the printed PO form. I appreciate your patience and for reaching out with this. This issue might be related to the customization of your forms. Allow me to help you with this. In some cases, the PO number might not be included in the customized form. You might need to adjust the settings of your form to include the PO number. Here's how you can do that:
- Navigate to the form customization settings.
- Look for the option to include the PO number.
- If it's not selected, please select it and save the changes.
You may check out this helpful article on fields and columns you can add to forms when creating a purchase order. After updating this, you may run a dummy purchase order to check if the PO number will show.
