Duplicate customer cards

Hi there,

 

Since the latest update we have noticed our customer cards are getting duplicated. This happens at random. We had one client card that duplicated 15 times!

 

Can somebody please review this and let us know please?

    Hi TomToi,

     

    Thanks for reaching out. 

     

    I haven't seen any other reports of this occurring for users after the update, however, do you do any importing from third-party programs? I've seen this same thing occur when information is being imported incorrectly into AccountRight.

    Hi Sam,

     

    We use sevicem8 as an add on. However there's no import of information. Only exporting allowed.

     

    Are you able to access our file and have a look?

    We're unable to access your file via this channel, however, it can be possible for phone agents to view your file remotely if you are speaking with them on the phone. 

     

    If the issue is still occurring, could you please confirm the product version you are using? (Help>About MYOB AccountRight>Build)
