eInvoicing setup correct but not working

Hi, new to eInvoicing, client uses Xero, I keep getting the error message, can anyone see what the error is please.

    It seems like you're having a bit of a hiccup with e-invoicing. No worries, we've got your back! Let's start by clearing the AccountRight cache. That often does the trick for weird stuff happening in there. If the error sticks around, we can try sending a dummy invoice to your client. That way, we can see if the issue's with the invoice itself. Don't hesitate to reach out anytime you need more help. We're here for you.

    Thanks for your response with the screenshots. This can be quite tricky. Could you please try sending a dummy invoice and check if you encounter the same issue?
