Email Bounce Back

Hi All,

 

We are having issues sending our statements to a customer. we are receiving the following bounce back email.

 

Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.

Subject: From The Cable Management Group Pty Ltd t/a Cableaway / Cableduct Systems

Destination: [email protected]

Sent: February 1st 2024, 1:40:07 pm

Message: Please contact us immediately if you are unable to detach or download your Statement. Thank you.

Diagnostic-Code: rejected

 

 

I can see from other post sometimes address are blacklisted. Please check that the email address is not. If so please remove so we are able to continue sending the statements.

    Hi Earl,

    Thanks for your response, but this was a one-off issue that was resolved at the time. It has nothing to do with the separate email address for invoices and statements function.

    This has actually been requested for numerous years now, with still no response. It would be great to get a timeframe on when this function will be added.

    Hi SonyaT,

     

    We can see this has been an important request for customers, which is why the idea has remained open on the Community Forum. When our development team has capacity to work on software enhancements, requests usually go through a prioritisation process that looks at things like customer impact, effort involved, and other competing priorities.

    All ideas shared on the Community Forum are reviewed by our product managers. If something isn’t picked up straight away, it stays in the backlog for future consideration. At the moment, I’m not able to provide a timeframe for when this function might be added, but more votes on this idea can help raise its visibility during prioritisation.
