Email not sending

A perviously working email address is now giving the error code- diagnostic- code: rejected?

have send multiple emails perviously. 
how can we fix this?

    Since the email address you're trying to send an email to is encountering an error with the Diagnostic-Code: rejected, it would be best to reach out to our support team directly. They can check if the email address is on a blacklist and help you get it removed. You can contact them via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
