emails going twice

When sending invoices and receipts by email - when I look into the 'view all activity' it shows them as being sent twice!

Is MYOB aware of this problem and is the client actually receiving them twice as this would be very annoying?

    Thanks for your post. Have you tried sending an invoice to yourself? Does the same thing happen? What are the exact steps you are taking to send the invoices/receipts? Does it happen to all clients? You can have a look at Sent Emails at the bottom of your screen - do they appear to be sent double in that screen as well?
