Error 4077

Hi, I'm trying to import  a pricing update for thousands of items and keep getting error 4077 there are sales for this item.  Please help, as I do not have time to update these manually.  I also have several of these items that need to be made innactive

  • It seems the prices have actually updated, however there are also approximately 1000 items I need to make innactive that are showing the same 4077 error.  Please help!

  • Hi,

     

    Thanks for your reply, however I've logged out, logged back in, re attempted the import and unfortunately I'm still getting the error code 4077 on the items i need deactivated.

    Please let us know when the best time is to run the script. When running scripts about items, it is highly recommended that no one be logged in to the account or the file.

    Any time after 4pm AEST or over the weekend.
