Error Code 14

Please Help!!!

We need some help with error 14 invalid account number when importing general journals to MYOB.  We have checked the account numbers in the import file and they do exist however, myob is changing the account numbers for the first journal entry from 1st October.

See below screenshots where our import file (first screenshot) has account 4-1069 in the first row however per the screenshot the number has changed to 380 which is an invalid account number.

Furthermore, you'll see in the second shot that it recognises this account subsquently is valid for the second entry for the 2nd October.

We are importing the file as a text file and the format for the account numbers is also text.
