Thank you so much for your post. I can't seem to find your account using the email that was linked to your Username. Can you please send me a private message with the following information?
* Serial number
* Email Address
* Company name and Full name.

FYI private messages on the forum have been disabled by default for all users, due to a small number of non forum users flooding the forum with ads and the like.
When a moderator asks a user to respond by private message, that moderator needs to also enable private messages for that user. Perhaps you can pass this on to all of the new moderators.
