Invoice Reminder

When will this feature be available again, it has not worked for several weeks?

    Thanks for your post and Welcome here in the Community Forum. I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge.

     

    We're aware of an issue that results in some users not able to use the automatic invoice reminder. We're working to fix this issue. If this affects you, you can open your invoice reminders settings when you access your company file in a web browser - just click your business name >> Sales settings >> Reminders tab >> Reminders settings button. If the account was already overdue for a couple of months the reminder will be sent automatically.
