Invoices emailed to in tray not always showing

I love the myob in tray but it doesn't alway work for me. I have noticed that if I'm forwarding an email via Outlook in the browser or my phone that it often doesn't work. I work from home at times, so use Outlook in the browser. then.
Only when I'm using the my desktop Outlook does it work consistently. Why might this be?

    Thanks for your post. Do you get any error messages when you try to forward the email into In Tray ?

     

    There is also other methods, such as saving the document to your desktop to then upload to the InTray should work, or dragging the entire email directly from Outlook allows for the document to be added to the InTray.

    Hi Melissa,

     

    No, there are no error messages. The messages either have a pdf or jpeg attached.

    I'm aware of the other options and it all works as it should as long as I'm using the desktop and phone apps of Outlook but not consistently with the browser version of Outlook. Today it appears to be working but it has failed enough times for me to not trust the process. It might bode well to receive confimation of delivery to the in tray perhaps??

    Are you able to install outlook as a program instead of using the browser version to see if this works ?
