Thanks for the reference. I tried the suggested setup last week but it didn't work. Even though I selected the default I wanted, it still sent from my personal email. I will try again next week when I send out invoices and see what happens.

Hi Melissa,
Thanks for directing me to that instruction from MYOB, however it's not working as they say. The instructions say "Select the email account you want to make the default account, and then click Set as Default". I've attached a screenprint that shows the accounts email address is set as my default, however, the email still gets sent from my personal email account.

Hi TheRob,
Thank you for the screenshots. Can you please confirm which version of Outlook you're using ?

Hi Melissa,
My PC is using automatically updated Outlook on an annual subscription. The current version is
Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2207 Build 16.0.15427.20166) 32-bit on a 64 bit PC

Hi TheRob,
Thanks for confirming that, it is the correct version. Is outlook appearing as an app on your computer or has it been installed as a program. If it is an app please try installing it onto the computer and check to see if the default account works. (You can see if outlook is an app by searching outlook by selecting the windows icon on the bottom left hand side of your window, it will say app).
Do let me know how you go.

Yes, it is appearing as App. I tried downloading and installing the PC version from https://www.myob.com/au/support/downloads and it still shows up as an App. Then I tried installing the MSI version, then tried to search and it still shows up as App.

Hi TheRob,
Sorry to clarify I meant is Outlook appearing as an App on your computer ? If it is, can you install Outlook as a program instead of an app and check to see if the default account works.

Hi,
Sorry, but I have no idea how to get Outlook PC instead of the App. I've downloaded and installed from the link I downloaded when I bought the Office 365 subscription
