Job number already in use error

Hi,

 

I tried to key in job number for a purchase invoice but an error came up and said: "Job already in use". I checked the records and there was no such job number nor did it work when I tried to create a new one.

 

Can you please let me know what I can do to resolve this issue?

    My apologies for the late response. It's possible that clearing the cache files may resolve any discrepancies in the file. This action prompts AccountRight to recreate cached information upon the next opening, which can help address unusual behavior. Therefore, I recommend clearing your AccountRight cache to resolve the file discrepancies.
