    Welcome to the Community Forum.

     

    There are a few things that could be causing this error to be popping up.  I would recommend following the steps from this linked Help Article on the connection error.

     

    I would also suggest trying a fresh reinstall of your AccountRight system to see if this improves the situation.

    Unfortunately, this is happening on multiple different computers in different locations.


    Everything works fine and we are able to change most invoices/orders - it is only this extremely large order that is causing issues.

    Hi martinditmann 

     

    The error suggests a timeout issue - have you tried extending the timeout period? If not search forum for 'timeout extender' - please you need to apply it for each update.

    Hello martinditmann 

     

    If this is happening across multiple machines, I would suggest following this guide on extending the AccountRight timeout extender

     

    If it continues to happen after extending the time-out extender, you should be able to take a backup of the file and restore it locally and this should also assist in the error. Once the order has been edited you will then be able to restore the file back online.
