MAPI Send email error in MYOB Account right

I am getting error in MYOB amount right after updating outlook to a new version.

I am not able to send any invoice email or payslip email from MYOB .

 

""MAPI Send mail failure  ""  coming  while sending email from myob.

    Hi NatWeb,

     

    That error usually happens when MYOB can't connect to Outlook after an update. Here's a link that can help troubleshoot the issue: Email troubleshooting

     

    If the problem still happens after following the steps, you can reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can double check and help you in fixing it.
