Online Invoice Payments
Hello! I would like to cancel the "Online Invoice Payments" function on my subscription. We choose not to use it and don't want to pay this extra charge that we get Invoiced for every month. I filled out an online support form but it did not want to submit my request for help and kept on saying something went wrong, try again. Is there some way I can change the preferences on my account to exclude this? I simply can't call the support line and hold on for 2 hours at this stage. Thank you.

If you're using the AccountRight desktop software, you'll be able to find the settings by clicking on Setup > Preferences from the top taskbar, and then selecting the Emailing tab. You should see the Online Invoice Payments section with a button allowing you to Edit payment options. Here's a screenshot for reference!
