online payment errors 24 oct 23
five of our customers have attempted to pay an invoice using the online services since yesterday. Two have tried multiple times.
I tried myself with a fake invoice and also could not make credit card payments and recieved the same message.
They keep receiving the error note "Something went wrong on our end"
sorry an error occured while processing your payment.
I have never had his happen before and do not know how to fix it so the client can pay their invoice.
Is there any advice anyone can offer?
