Online Payment Surcharge

I was wondering if anyone knows why all of a sudden today MYOB has started charging a surcharge on online payments? I had massive issues with this a couple of months ago and they rectified the problem, however today I have notived a surcharge again being charged even though everything is selected for the customer to pay the surcharge. BPay is also turned off. I don't think I have the stamina to go through the whole thing again with MYOB as it took literally tens of hours last time with multiple people from MYOB to get resolved over 2 months.

    Hi BenTSA

     

    If you've set up online payments for your customers to cover the surcharge but it's still showing up in your file, it might be worth letting our team take a look. You can either pop a support ticket through the MyAccount window or jump on a live chat through MOCA.
