Online payment

Received an email confirming the customer has paid by apply pay and the invoice is paid and closed.  But the payment is not showing on the online payments report as processing or settled and I have not received the funds in my bank account.  In the past I have received payments within 2 business days.

    Totally get why you’d have some questions about online payments not showing up in your account or reports. Yes, payments hit your account in around two business days, but sometimes it can take a little longer depending on your bank.

     

    We can see some of your payments have already been processed, but to track down this particular one, we’ll just need a few more details from you things like the invoice number, payment date, and the amount you’re expecting. Once you’ve got that info handy, you can jump onto our live chat with MOCA (our virtual assistant) or send us a support ticket through MyAccount. We're here and ready to help sort this out for you.
