PDF & Link for emailed invoices

Hi. We issue invoices from AccountRight via our desktop pc using the send via Accoutright function. We have a growing number of clients whose invoices are randomly not received, though no errors appear in the emails sent log. Sometimes they may get the email but the link won't open so would like to have PDS attached also as a backup.

 

Need help to remedy emails not being received, AND to see if we can send emails with a link to the invoice (for when we get online payments up and runnning) AND a PDF version in the same email.

    Hello rumbalara 

     

    Welcome to the Community Forum.

     

    In AccountRight when you set up AccountRight to send emails, you are able to set up the defaults to include a pdf file. 

    To check your Preferences you can go to Set up, Preferences choose the emailing tab, and is generally the third option down labeled "When emailing invoices"

     

    In regards to the online invoicing, our Help Article does contain a section of how it will look for your customers which includes a link to download the pdf.
