Hi Isaiah, I don't know that sending my personal and company details through will help as there are many, many people having the same issue which has already been confirmed by MYOB as a bug in the last update. My concern is the complete lack of response apart from the message I mentioned on the home page which was put up on 30/7/24 by MikeG1 which said it was "under investigation".

Isaiah_C, I very much doubt your users are going to be happy to assign this very privileged access to just anyone.

Hi Jody28,
I'm sorry to hear that you've had the issue about unable to reprint invoices during a locked period. I've sent you a private message to get some information and to assist you further.
Regards,
Sai

The new update has made things worse!
Now I get a message that "Your payment preferences will be saved before your invoice is printed", then get bumped to the "you don't have access to transact in a closed financial year".
Some fix. I just want to be able to print the invoice while it's on my screen.

Hi DanielleGW,
In order to resolve this issue, I recommend reaching out to your administrator. You'll need to ensure that you are assigned the role of 'Transact in Closed Financial Years'. This should provide the necessary permissions to proceed with the task you're trying to complete.
Regards,
Sai

Not an option for a full sales team. Does anyone at MYOB actually use your own product in a commercial environment? I don't want to change anything in the invoice, just reprint it. Seriously, this is getting ridiculous.
