Hi Jacmus,
Since your invoices are set to both Printing and Emailing, but they aren't being emailed, try checking the email settings and troubleshooting steps using this guide: Email troubleshooting.
If it's still not working, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can take a closer look and help you fix it.
