Quantity price breaks don't work

Hi, I want to set up quantity price breaks in Account Right.

See attachments

I've done the selling price for one item and for over 30 being a different price

Customer is set up on correct price level

When I do an invoice, the original price comes up

Please help :)

  • Hi PF_1,

Thanks for sending the screenshots! From what I can see, the price levels are correctly assigned and the customer card details look good. It's tricky to pinpoint the issue without more investigation, but have you tried clearing your AccountRight cache? This can sometimes fix odd behavior. If that doesn't work, try changing the price level for the customer and create a sale to see if it works.

If the problem persists, you'll need to reach out to our support team for further assistance. You can connect with them on live chat via the virtual assistant MOCA or raise a support ticket via MyAccount.

    Cheers,

    Princess

Hi Princess, thanks I've cleared the cache and tried the other two methods too.  Nothing changes :(  I've tried to talk to MOCA this morning, but that is very frustrating as it tries to explain to me everything else.  I will raise a support ticket.

Hi PF_1 , if the price break qty reads 30 that is OVER 30, therefore you need to test with a quantity of 31 or more. Your test invoice qty is 30.

    Hi Mike

Thanks!  Ok, so if our pallet size is 30, we should say 29.  I've tried that now.

Before I tried to enter 50 items as it would be more than 30 and it didnt'work. Now it does!

    Thanks again :)
